About the Role We are looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to support the Supply Chain Systems Assistant Manager in the general day-to-day running of the departmental activities. This will include providing help and guidance to the Operational Teams by prioritising and responding appropriately to support requests. This is an FTC role to start ASAP until October 2025. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conducting in-depth business process analysis and modelling to evaluate existing supply chain systems, processes and workflows and identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Capturing and defining business requirements and working within cross-functional teams to support the Supply Chain Systems Manager in designing scalable and efficient supply chain systems solutions. Managing and coordinating the delivery of system changes as specified in requirements. Ensuring that all system issues are escalated to the Line Manager, Senior Managers, and the Service Desk, and resolution monitoring thereafter. Minimising disruption to product flow throughout the manual and automated warehouse by isolating equipment, product flow redirection and product removal sourcing determination. About You You will have a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
