Our client is a wealth management firm headquartered in London looking for an Analyst to join their private capital team.
The successful Analyst will support the running of a deal process, and provide the operational muscle to see the deal through end-to-end.
Responsibilities include:
Model various scenarios and stress-test for changes in interest rates or economic conditions
Collaborate with legal, accounting, and tax advisors to perform due diligence
Conduct in-depth research on current credit markets, pricing trends, and availability of debt financing
Analyse the sector, comparable transactions, and market appetite for the deal
You will have:
1-3 years' experience within investment banking
Expertise in building detailed financial models
Deep understanding of leveraged financial models

Day rate: £500-£700 LTD dependent on experience
