We are looking for individuals with a passion for science, strong technical expertise, and the ability to contribute to both team and independent work. Key Responsibilities: Perform analytical testing and characterization of small molecules, with a preference for those with experience in oligos or peptides. Apply advanced separation science techniques to ensure high-quality analytical results. Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory equipment, with experience across a range of vendor equipment preferred. Provide technical expertise on analytical methodologies and results to both internal teams and large pharma clients. Contribute to the development and optimization of analytical methods in a GMP-regulated environment. Prepare detailed scientific reports and presentations, clearly conveying complex scientific data to both peers and clients. Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and independently as required to support project goals. Adapt to evolving project demands in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Qualifications & Experience: PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field with at least 3 years of industrial experience (or equivalent). Strong expertise in analytical chemistry with a focus on small molecule research, particularly in areas such as synthesis, characterization, and quality control. Experience with larger molecules such as oligos or peptides is an advantage but not essential. Demonstrable experience with separation science techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, etc.) and working with a variety of vendor equipment. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and effectively to colleagues, management, and clients. Desirable Skills: Passion for science and innovation. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously. Adaptability and eagerness to grow with a rapidly expanding company. A customer-oriented approach, especially when interacting with large pharma clients.
