This is a rare opportunity to join a newly created Data & Insight Team within a broader digital change programme transitioning from legacy systems to the Cloud with a project focus on developing automated reporting suites that provide operational and performance insight to a broad operational stakeholder population.
You'll be an experienced Analyst / Engineer (ideally with some contact centre experience) with demonstrable hands-on capabilities with SQL, PowerBI, ETL Data Modelling and ideally DAX. Alongside your technical prowess you'll thrive in a collaborative team environment, have exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify the complex for 'non-technical' audiences and stakeholders.
Enjoy flexible hybrid working with 2 days per week onsite in modern offices in Manchester.
The salary range for this 12-month contract position is £40,000 - £45,000 + Broad Corporate Benefits.

Knowledge of Snowflake. SQL – query data / extraction scripting / stored procedures. Experience in building Star Schema data models. Comprehensive ETL & DAX capabilities. PowerBI – strong Data Modelling, Analytical, Reporting and Visualisation skills. Concise, professional, and effective interpersonal, presentation and communication abilities. Experience in the management, planning and delivery of reporting solutions and methodologies. A focussed, organised & proactive approach with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks on time.
