We use state of the art analytics tools and research capabilities to dig deep and understand consumers, markets and retailers. Our CMK Managers serve as internal business strategy consultants, whose role it is to ensure that consumer analytics and market insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution. You will work on multi-functional business teams to constantly explore new opportunities for business growth and fuel the organisation with insights to inform retailer, category, and brand strategies. Key responsibilities include: Understanding shopper behaviour by designing and leading consumer immersive research and experiments. Discovering business growth opportunities by integrating data from various sources into relevant models or frameworks. Driving strong business recommendations by translating and visualising complex data sets into simple and actionable conclusions. Challenging the status quo by uncovering new ways of running shopper and market research! Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills with analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with your key business partners across levels and functions. Job Qualifications What We Look For: Graduates who have completed a degree, or those who will complete their degree by summer 2024. We accept applicants from any discipline who have a passion for CMK. We also are interested in those with work experience who perhaps want to explore a different career path to the one they’re currently in. Strong data-led storytelling skills which allow you to influence across levels and functions. Strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources to deliver breakthrough results. Experience in data visualisation and transformation tools (like PowerBI) is an asset. A passion for research, as well as strong observational skills and strategic thinking.
