Payouts is a ~$1T revenue market globally in 2024, expected to grow at high-single-digits over the next 5 years. Strong, fundamental long-term tailwinds (e.g., cross-border eCommerce, continued platform dominance, evolving workforce dynamics, and higher customer expectations) are expected to continue driving significant future growth. Worldpay has a dedicated Payouts team, spanning Product, Strategy, Commercialisation, and Sales. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Analytics & Insights Manager to join our Strategy team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic insights and analytics initiatives to support data-driven decision-making for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data and BI tools and will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to drive business success. This role is an individual contributor and will report to the Head of Strategy for the Payouts team. Responsibilities: Define a comprehensive metrics measurement framework and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the Payouts business. Conduct deep dive analysis and build recurring insights reports to measure and optimise financial, product, commercial, and operational metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights. Translate complex data into compelling narratives and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Champion a data-driven mindset, encouraging knowledge-sharing across teams. What You Will Need: 2-5+ years of applicable experience in a Strategy, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional documentation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent Excel and SQL skills, with the ability to independently write and verify queries for accuracy. Advanced knowledge of PowerBI or similar BI and data visualisation tools. Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake and Splunk. Experience in technology solutions is helpful, as is a background in the payments industry. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. What We Offer You: A competitive salary and benefits. A variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunities. The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in the payment industry. Time to support charities and give back to your community.
