Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Analytics Reporting Senior Executive to join the Zenith International team working on Philip Morris International. This is an opportunity to work on one of the businesses largest accounts, with exposure to over 40 markets, making it a dynamic and diverse role. We are looking for someone to come in and make an impact – working closely with our reporting team to ensure data accuracy, spot inconsistencies, highlight strong results, support our markets with discrepancy escalations, create dashboards and make suggestions for better and stronger reporting from the regional to the global level. This role spans across not just the Data and AdTech teams, but also the Account and Strategy ones as well – giving the person great exposure to the wider business. This position will suit a data obsessive that can derive meaning and present it to a non-technical audience from often large and complex datasets. The role has immense potential for a passionate data person to build a career in media analytics. Fundamentally, a love of data, curiosity and the desire to learn a lot in a short space of time will lead to success and opportunities in this role.

Responsibilities

Checking data pulls from the client for the Regional and Global monthly reports

Support the Account Manager on building insights, findings and recommendations for the Global monthly report

Creation of performance dashboards as required

First escalation point for markets seeing data discrepancies in the reporting platform, escalating to other members of the Zenith or PMI teams as required

Identify and build strong relationships with PMI counterparts

Collaborate with internal teams on improvements and opportunities for better ways of working and reporting

Supporting the Data and AdTech teams internally on platform checks

Being the go-to for data governance, data compliance and visualisation issues for the Zenith team

Qualifications

3 years’ experience minimum in a data and analytics/reporting role, specifically in Paid Media, agency or client side

Advanced Excel skills

Exposure to main digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Google Search, DV360) in addition to understanding of KPIs used in measuring digital media investment

Understanding of Data visualisation principles and exposure to common data visualisation tools would be useful (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI)

Experience with mainstream web analytics tools would be beneficial

Adept at presenting complex data analytics to a non-technical audience

Experience working with large scale media campaign data and familiarity with media language

Some experience of statistics - descriptive, regression, probability, hypothesis testing and experiment design, ad-hoc tests useful but not essential

Comfortable delivering work to Senior audiences and clients

Self-motivated

Understands the media industry and marketing
