Competitive salary:

£35,000-£38,000 per year

(based on experience). Full-time permanent position with

35 hours/week

(flexible scheduling). Generous annual leave:

Person Specification:

We are looking for someone who can: Prioritise and organise

workloads effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Communicate and collaborate with a range of people in a professional manner. Demonstrate technical expertise in

ETC systems ,

Yamaha mixing consoles , and

DANTE . Maintain flexibility to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends. Display strong attention to detail, time management, and initiative. Good IT skills and knowledge of running digital cinema presentations. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking. Experience working with

IPAF 3A & 3B

and forklift driving (or willingness to train). Availability to start within one month of a job offer. Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support for productions, including

lighting, sound, stage management , and digital media. Collaborate with artists, visiting companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth production from setup to breakdown. Maintain all technical systems, equipment, and records (e.g., LOLER, PAT, and EICR inspections). Lead and manage training for technical staff, ensuring consistent skill development. Supervise stock checks, consumables, and supplies while maintaining safe working practices. 2+ years

of managing a technical team in a theatre or similar arts environment. Proven track record in supervising teams and delivering high-quality productions.
