INCLUDING WEEKENDS . Duties include: General care for all animals on site Exercising dogs multiple times throughout the day Feeding/Medication Deep cleaning and general day-to-day maintenance Answering telephone and taking bookings when required Greeting customers for viewings, general enquiries and to check their pets in/out of the premises Candidates must: Provide good customer service Have good communication skills, both face to face and via telephone/email. Good grammar and punctuation. Have a polite telephone manner Be computer literate Have confidence Be keen to work and learn Have a
passion
for animals and their welfare Have good time management & be reliable Must have the ability to work flexible shifts 7am - 12noon & 3pm-6pm, but finish times may fluctuate later if required. You are expected to attend both shifts within the same day. (SPLIT SHIFTS) Experience
