Level 3 Animal Management Diploma OR ANA Certificate DESIRABLE:
1 year experience working within the veterinary environment We are looking for an Animal Nursing Assistant (ANA) to join us in supporting and assisting the nursing and veterinary staff in the care of patients. This role is based between our Purton Road Clinic and Greenbridge clinic, so a full UK Driving license is essential. The ANA role is responsible for providing a high level of cleanliness and helping with the organization of the clinical areas, ensuring the patients are well cared for at all times. This role also requires some client interaction, with excellent communication skills for reception duties. Candidates must be able to demonstrate effective time management, flexibility, and enjoy working to targets. They must be efficient and have the ability to learn quickly, problem-solve, and anticipate the team’s needs. The job of an ANA varies from day to day, and the clinical team requires someone who is highly responsible with a mature attitude to working. We are looking for someone who is both a professional and caring person in work, as well as a good citizen outside of the workplace. A passion for animals, care for people, as well as a positive attitude to life is essential.
