Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality animation for feature films, ensuring that it meets the director’s vision and the project’s requirements. Collaborate with the animation team and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent character performances. Interpret and implement creative feedback to refine and improve animation quality. Use a variety of animation tools and software to create fluid and dynamic character movements. Maintain a strong understanding of the latest animation techniques and industry trends. Work within project deadlines and deliver animations that meet the highest quality standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions to enhance the overall project. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in feature film animation or a related field. Strong understanding of animation principles, character acting, and storytelling. Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Blender, or equivalent. Experience with motion capture and integrating it into animation is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively. A strong portfolio showcasing your animation work. Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of rigging and character setup Familiarity with visual effects pipelines and workflows. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
