What are we looking for?

ANPR Installation Engineer, to work around Scotland and the Northern parts of England – so the need to be flexible and available for overnight stays is a must.

Someone who can work at least 40 hours per week, with a full driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver reactive and planned preventive ANPR and machine/kiosk maintenance works in line with SLA’s.

Deliver ANPR and signage installations in line with company programme, procedures and standards.

Work with the Technical Support Team to commission sites and diagnose faults.

Work with Installations Manager and M&E manager to undertake intrusive site surveys to prove cable routes for new installations.

Maintain accurate job records and provide regular progress updates from company ticketing system and WhatsApp groups.

Identify and control risks, ensuring that work is carried out in line with job RAMS and company health and safety policies and safe working practices.

Maintain company van, tools and equipment to a satisfactory standard in line with 5s principles.

Deliver consistently high standards of work through robust routines and processes following Job Sheets and Signage Installation Plans and feeding back any deviations to the Installations Manager.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

Have a good understanding of H&S at work regulations 1999 and Construction Design & Management 2015 regulations.

Hold an IOSH Working Safely certification.

A labours CSCS card is desirable.

A SSSTS CITB certification is desirable.

Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office.

A full clean driving license as travel across the UK is essential.

Good verbal and listening communications skills.

Effective time management and organisational skills.

Have a process orientated, logical and practical approach to your work.

Have a pro-active and self-motivated approach to your work.
