Are you a born explorer and excited by all things polar region? Are you a previous Tour Guide or Reservation Consultant within the Expedition Cruise Industry? We are working with a global leader in small-scale, sustainable expedition cruising who are looking for their next 'home-based' Reservation Consultant, to represent and sell their truly unique product. This amazing company is revolutionizing Polar Travel with intimate, eco-conscious micro cruises that connect adventurers to the most remote and untouched regions of the Arctic and Antarctica. The role: The Reservation Executive, EMEA, will partner with the Director of Sales to implement sales strategies, build relationships with trade partners, and drive business growth. You'll also collaborate with the marketing and reservations teams to enhance customer experiences and meet revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound from new and existing markets. Foster and maintain strong relationships with trade partners in your region. Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company. Support reservations with inquiries, approvals, and special requests. Collaborate with marketing on joint promotions and campaigns. Track competitor activities and monitor market trends. Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain CRM systems and databases for effective client management. Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze performance metrics. Review customer feedback and help improve service standards. The person: This company is seeking a self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment. You are organized, detail-oriented, and driven by sales success. Your ability to build meaningful relationships and inspire trust with clients will make you an ideal candidate for this role. You should have: A proven track record in sales, preferably in the travel or expedition cruise industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Passion for sustainability and travel, particularly in polar regions. The package: A salary range of circa £30,000 + excellent commission opportunities. Fully remote working.
