Ongoing, 36.25 hours, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM - £20.90 per hour Requirements: Ability to commute to North West Leicestershire Experience in ASB case management Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes, with the ability to undertake visits within the district Ability to manage own caseload, files, documents, and reports as required by the role Under the general direction of the Community Safety Team Leader, the role involves coordinating efforts related to anti-social behaviour and contributing to other areas of work. Responsibilities include: Supporting the Partnership in Safer Communities sub-group/theme group focused on anti-social behaviour, such as the Joint Action Group (JAG). Taking a proactive approach towards investigating cases and providing a fully integrated effective resource for the local area. Receiving casework referrals from the public and referral agencies, including the Police and Housing Management, regarding anti-social behaviour, nuisance, and harassment. Liaising with the Police, Solicitors, Social Services, Probation Services, Youth Offending Team, and other relevant agencies, including resident groups, Neighbourhood Action Teams, and other council services in terms of resolving harassment and nuisance, and attending case conferences when required. Managing casework related to anti-social behaviour with cross-cutting implications, including using the shared case management tool (training will be provided). Recommending improvements and contributing to developments in procedures for dealing with anti-social behaviour and harassment. For more information, please contact Deanna at (url removed).
