Litigation Lawyer - Essex An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Lawyer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years of experience handling their own caseload. Based in Chelmsford, this opportunity offers the successful Litigation Lawyer the chance to develop their career in an established and friendly multi-office practice. The successful Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will have experience in both Commercial and Civil litigation and be able to handle their own diverse caseload autonomously. The Role: Building a good rapport with referrers and clients Dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters, including landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Working alongside the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs Collaborating with the team to develop new opportunities and effectively communicating our message to attract new clients Applications are welcome from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with the following: Previous experience in a similar position Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or qualification by experience, with a minimum of 2 years PQE. Good knowledge and experience of a diverse range of litigation matters Strong communication and organisational skills
