Compass Corporate Services is proud to work with a leading national healthcare organization to recruit an AP & Payroll Manager. This is an exciting time to join this established, market-leading organization as they build their finance team following the appointment of a new CFO and Financial Controller. As the AP & Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function, ensuring the effectiveness of accounts payable and payroll tasks. The job holder manages, processes, and troubleshoots supplier accounts and manages payroll and pensions for employees. Key Responsibilities: Manage the purchase ledger function and process payables invoices accurately, including posting and reconciling transactions daily. Manage any invoice queries that arise and ensure all issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner. Check all purchase orders are completed on time, managing good relationships with business stakeholders and depot managers. Ensure the creditor’s ledger is kept up-to-date and reconciled to supplier statements. Prepare and run supplier payments, uploading payments for approval and processing accordingly. Accurately prepare payment schedules and send remittance advices to creditors. Manage the accounts payable inbox. Contact:
