As the Telstra Enterprise Partnership Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and driving strategic engagements between Apple and Telstra across the Large Enterprise, Government, and Mid-Market segments. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape and a proven track record of managing high-level relationships and driving enterprise results. You will act as Apple’s key enterprise advocate within Telstra, providing leadership, strategic direction, and insights to maximise growth opportunities and optimise the collaboration within both organisations. Strategic Leadership and Representation: Drive a collaborative, one Apple approach to our largest partner. Represent Apple’s in engagements with Telstra’s Large Enterprise, Government, and Mid-Market segments across Australia. Build and maintain direct relationships with senior Telstra stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and productive partnerships. Enterprise Growth and Advocacy: Identify and capitalise on opportunities for business growth within Telstra, leveraging data analysis and market insights to drive strategic initiatives. Lead internal negotiations with Apple’s cross-functional teams (including carrier and finance) to advocate for enterprise interests and secure necessary resources, funding and support. Performance Management and Reporting: Develop comprehensive performance metrics and reporting frameworks to assess engagement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement within Telstra’s segments. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis, focusing on sales growth, investment opportunities, and collaborative initiatives. Strategic Offer Development and Execution: Oversee the development and execution of tailored offers and propositions for both the Mid-Market and Large Enterprise segments, ensuring alignment with Telstra’s business drivers and customer needs. Drive the creation and implementation of effective marketing campaigns, including electronic direct mail (EDM) initiatives, to enhance customer engagement and support sales objectives. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Manage and nurture key relationships with both Telstra and Apple stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment on strategic goals. Lead strategic events and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring effective communication and messaging across all levels of the organisations. Accountability for Results: Hold accountability for achieving targets and objectives across enterprise engagements, driving performance and accountability throughout the teams involved. Champion the integration of insights from both Large Enterprise and Mid-Market segments to optimise overall engagement strategies and outcomes. Minimum Qualifications
Strong relationships with senior stakeholders in large organisations, particularly within Telstra. Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and leadership skills, with a successful track record of leading complex internal and external negotiations. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex strategic messaging effectively and manage diverse relationships. Demonstrated experience in identifying and capitalising on business growth opportunities, with a focus on optimising sales and driving both partner and customer satisfaction. Experience in developing and executing marketing and engagement strategies that resonate with mid-market and enterprise customers. Skilled in independently managing and executing a range of complex, non-standard tasks with minimal supervision.
