What We Expect We are looking for an experienced Application and Service Delivery Manager to join our IT division based in our Nottingham Head Office, reporting to the IT Lead Market Cluster West. This role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, maintenance and operations of Field applications and services, ensuring that all IT services are seamlessly delivered to the business organisations, with close alignments to ensure effective delivery to the organisation. As an Application and Service Delivery Manager, your day to day will include: Application Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications. Monitor application performance and address any issues promptly. Manage application upgrades and patches.

Application Strategy:

Develop and implement application strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

Application Lifecycle Management:

Manage the entire lifecycle of applications, from planning and development to deployment and maintenance. Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of new applications.

Service Delivery:

Ensure the effective delivery of services to internal customers in line with organisational and functional requirements. Project Management:

Execute projects based on corporate and business initiatives. Ensure strong controls and governance of project delivery. Continuous Improvement:

Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Vendor Management:

Work closely with service suppliers ensuring a close working relationship and delivery to agreed contractual terms. Reporting:

Prepare and deliver regular reports to key stakeholders in relation to Service Delivery Performance. Security and Compliance:

Ensure that the applications and associated developments and project conform to TK Elevator’s security protocols. Who we are looking for 5 years’ experience working within the IT field. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience of various application technical stacks and a solid knowledge of service delivery principles. Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks. The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong understanding of IT security and compliance requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
