About the Role: We're seeking a talented and motivated Application Engineer to join a dynamic team for one of the leaders in Manufacturing solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing world-class technical support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CAD/CAM software. Conduct training sessions for customers, both on-site and remotely. Assist with the installation and implementation of CAD/CAM software at customer sites. Configure and customize software solutions to meet specific customer needs. Conduct software demonstrations and competitive analysis. Qualifications: Strong understanding of
CAD/CAM
software and manufacturing processes. Experience with
CNC programming
for metal cutting machines (Punch, Laser, Plasma, Oxyfuel, Waterjet). Software programming skills in C#, VBA or Delphi are necessary. Proficiency in G-code/M-code and machine manufacturer-specific codes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Seniority level
