About the role: The Application Management Engineer role at Zilch is an exciting position that provides plenty of technical challenges, project work and opportunity to represent the ITAM team business wide. This role focuses on supporting the Core Zilch application and a group of Application Support Analysts within a sub team. You will be working closely on all support aspects, including managing customer escalated ticket queues, executing data fixes and understanding processes and customer experience throughout the customer journey. This role also works closely with our internal Engineering and Product teams to help them troubleshoot, improve product delivery and provide feedback on our customer journey. The successful candidate will have been in a similar role previously. They will have a tenacious attitude to best practice, have great technical skills, especially with SQL and REST API. They must be organised, know how to motivate, communicate efficiently and be passionate about caring for our customers.
