Application Packager

to join the University’s Information Services. In this key role, you will lead the Application Packaging team, delivering application packaging and support as part of a team of three packaging specialists for the end user fleet. As a member of the End User Services Team (EUC), you will contribute technical expertise to the management of the University’s software portfolio across all platforms. The software packaging team is a core component of the End User Computing team in Information Services, forming the pipeline to analyze, package, deploy, report, and maintain every software package required by users across the University's diverse and extensive end user device fleet. Supporting thousands of applications across the end user fleet of 25,000 devices on both Mac and PC (physical, virtual, local, and cloud), this role is crucial. Utilizing our extensive toolkit to deploy applications to our users (SCCM, inTune, JAMF, Azure Virtual Desktop), you will play a key role in delivering these services to all of our users across all of our campuses, both in the UK and internationally.
