A bit about the role: As part of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, leading sales projects, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs dealing with Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing sales performance, proactively engaging with potential customers, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market share. You will be tasked with developing strong relationships, understanding customer requirements, and positioning our diverse range of products to provide the best solutions. You'll be responsible for identifying growth areas for individual products and markets, while also contributing valuable feedback to our marketing, design, and sourcing teams. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is highly organised, and has a keen ability to multitask. What we're looking for: Candidates will have a technical background in temperature, pressure, and/or flow measurement. Experience in managing key accounts and customer development will be essential. A B.Eng. degree (preferably in Control & Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering) or an equivalent technical background with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Experience in industrial instrumentation and process control is highly valued. Strong verbal and written communication skills are key, along with the ability to present technical information in a clear and compelling manner. A team player who can work effectively with internal teams (Customer Service, Purchasing, Marketing, etc.) and across different geographical regions. You should be able to thrive in a high-performance environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage. A good understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyse performance trends using data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
