This position reports to:

Business Manager - E2E

Your role and responsibilities: Communicate findings, insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and visual data models. Travel to industrial client sites for the purpose of gathering field application information and to assess client specific needs. Work closely with the sales team to develop and present customized solutions proposals to various clients for their application needs. Interpret client specific drawings and understand client processes. Provide the marketing team with application specific content, aiding in the production of case studies and white papers, and willing to present results/studies at events. Work closely with the engineering team to determine solution feature requirements and identify system improvements and new features needed for various industrial client applications.

Qualifications for the role:

Science degree (chemistry preferred) or engineering degree (environmental preferred). 2-3 years of experience working in the water/wastewater industry or wastewater projects. 2-3 years of experience developing applications and driving value proposition focus. Extensive knowledge of water quality parameters such as BOD, COD, and TSS. Experience using water quality monitoring instrumentation. Knowledge of the basic principles of spectrophotometry. Ability to travel in Canada and out of the country.
