Fujifilm Healthcare UK is looking for an Applications Specialist to support our Modalities division.

You will provide our customers with clinical training and both internal and external support on the latest CR, DR and modalities technology. Utilising previous Radiographic experience the role will assist departments to maximise their Image Quality and optimise their workflow and process needs.


Desired location: This role is to be based in the North East of England


What you'll do:


  • Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organisation, in consultation with hospital departmental heads, including assessment methods
  • Design local training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs for both installation and follow-up visits
  • Administration and coordination of allocated customer training
  • Pre sales demonstrations to customers and internal colleagues
  • Post sale product support to customers
  • Provide specialist knowledge and support to the marketing and sales teams
  • Assist in the creation of support documentation required for internal and external customers in relation to all products.
  • Liaise with Product developers in Japan and European departments to ensure both personal product knowledge is fully maintained and to provide specific UK market feedback
  • Develop ideas and contribute to regular technical meetings
  • Monitor and report on field activities and provide relevant information to management.
  • Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills


What you'll need:

  • Radiography degree, Assistant Practitioner qualification (or equivalent)
  • Post qualification radiography experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident delivering presentations to both small and large groups
  • Experience in training staff in clinical applications
  • High levels of motivation, drive and enthusiasm
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel/stay away overnight


Preferable:

  • Previous experience as an Applications Specialist
  • CT/MRI experience would be beneficial but not essential
