Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them secure an Application Support Analyst to join their team. You will be tasked with the following: Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices. Knowledge of reporting platforms and database management. Knowledge of database platforms (Microsoft SQL, MySQL). Understanding of Web services - HTML, FTP, etc. Understanding of Data services - XML, SOAP, JSON, REST, etc. Ability to understand business users' needs and translate them into technical solutions. Comfortable communicating with users to draw out needs and requirements.
