Role: Application Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £35k plus benefits
Location: Birmingham office
Working Model: flexible working hours and location. You can come into the office as much or as little as you like. The average, I would say, is twice a month.

Responsibilities:
Actively troubleshoot and resolve application support incidents.
Investigate and diagnose technical support issues in an integrated system.
Work closely with developers to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution.
Fix issues for clients and analyze root causes to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications:
Intermediate SQL skills are imperative.
Desire to gain knowledge in C# and Azure is an advantage.
