You will be sitting in the engineering team and will take on a crucial part of liaising with the developers. You will be actively troubleshooting and resolving application support incidents. Each ticket will present a new issue to tackle, as this is a purpose-built SAAS platform. You will approach each ticket from a two-pronged strategy: firstly, fixing the issue for the client, and secondly, investigating why the problem occurred to prevent future occurrences. Exposure to investigating and diagnosing technical support issues in an integrated system is essential. SQL skills are imperative at an intermediate level.
