3+ years of experience in customer support within financial services , who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will excel both as a team player and an independent problem solver with a strong sense of ownership. What We’re Looking For: Passion for technology
with the ability and drive to quickly learn new tools and technologies. A solid understanding of
support processes
and adaptability to changing circumstances. Exceptional communication skills
to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. A
logical, analytical mindset
and excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience but not essential: Deployment management tools and practices. Scripting languages and automation frameworks. Experience in
FX, Fixed Income (FI), and Crypto Markets . Familiarity with messaging protocols like
FIX
and
