Application Support Manager As Application Support Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our client's digital / IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. You will manage a small team of IT professionals covering Application Support, Project Management, Cyber Security, and Testing. You will own the relationship with key third-party suppliers. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of their digital projects and maintaining the integrity of their IT systems. Key Responsibilities: IT Team Leadership and Management Operational Oversight Application Support Technical Project Management Cyber Security and Compliance Quality Assurance Strategic Planning and Improvement Stakeholder Communication Problem Solving and Incident Management Required Experience: Proven experience in an Application Support Manager, Digital Operations Manager, Support Manager, or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of application support, IT infrastructure, and associated digital operations. Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring successful delivery. In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) advantageous. Company policy dictates all Digital Dept members work from their North London HQ twice per week - this is NOT a remote-only role.
