Application Trainer Lancashire Based with UK Travel Permanent The Application Trainer plays a critical role in educating users about our custom-built software platform. The role holder is responsible for designing, developing and delivering training material, including video guides, user manuals and workshops. They will create training materials and facilitate learning sessions to ensure that users have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use the platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Programme Development: Carry out training needs analysis to understand requirements. Plan, design and create training programmes based on known requirements and shaped from the training needs analysis. Content Creation: Develop training materials such as user manuals, guides, presentations, video guides and interactive modules to support various learning styles and levels of expertise. Delivery of Training: Deliver training to both internal and external staff either face to face or via Teams. Conduct workshops, seminars, webinars and one-on-one sessions to teach and navigate, operate and maximise the use of the platform. Customisation and Adaptation: Modify training content and methods to suit different user groups, departments or skill levels.
