Applications Engineer , you will play a critical role in providing technical support, delivering comprehensive product training, and assisting customers pre and post-sale. Your expertise in CNC machining, problem-solving, and customer collaboration will ensure innovative software solutions meet real-world needs. The Role: Customer Support:

Troubleshoot software issues, recommend solutions, and guide customers through workflows. Training:

Deliver engaging training sessions to help users optimise their projects. Content Creation:

Develop user manuals, FAQs, tutorials, and other helpful resources. Demonstrations:

Showcase products through live demos at events and workshops. Product Feedback:

Collaborate with the product team to share customer insights and test new features. Industry Representation:

Travel internationally (up to 5 weeks/year) to attend trade shows and represent the company. What You'll Need: Experience:

2+ years in Applications Engineering, Technical Support, or a similar role, ideally in CNC or CAD/CAM software. Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of CNC processes, machine setup, and manufacturing principles. Software Skills:

Proficiency with CAD/CAM software. Problem-Solving:

Ability to resolve technical issues and explain concepts to varied audiences. Communication:

Confident public speaker, comfortable presenting and engaging with stakeholders. Flexibility:

Able to travel internationally and adapt to hybrid working requirements. Desirable Skills: Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, CAD/CAM, or Product Design. Experience with CNC machining, woodworking, or 3D printing. Artistic or design capabilities. What's On Offer? Salary up to 45,000 per annum (DOE).
