Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: Act as application support and sparring partner for customers, our sales teams, and the technical support teams in the region. Support visits to customers for projects and troubleshooting including support during commissioning/service. Assist in ensuring Danfoss products are being properly handled and installed onsite. System design support for contractors and consultants. Stay updated regarding relevant market trends and gather market and competitor intelligence. Deliver product and application training to groups of customers, our sales or technical support people either online or face-to-face. Provide insights, input and market knowledge to new product developments, launches and sales support material. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position shall possess the following background and skills: A bachelor’s degree or qualification in refrigeration or a related industry would be an advantage. Detailed experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry or similar, including domestic or commercial heating/cooling applications, or demonstrating an advanced hands-on level of competence on complex refrigeration or air-conditioning systems. A solid understanding of industrial refrigeration systems including how to work with Ammonia and CO2 applications. Commercial understanding & flair. Capable of managing own time and working to tight customer deadlines. Fluency in English.
