Shift Allowances/Enhancements/ Additional Info Enhanced Vetting Required Advert Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have a vacancy for an exceptional Applications Support Analyst. Reporting to the Applications Support Team Leader, providing advanced technical support and expertise in applications systems and IT infrastructure, by maintaining the operational integrity, security, and efficiency of in scope IT systems accurately recording event details, whilst aiming to resolve incidents in a timely manner.

This exciting and varied role will put you at the forefront of delivering IT within Greater Manchester, an organisation that is growing and developing its IT capacity and is a dynamic and fun place to work.

You will also be working for an award-winning CIO 100 Director of IT and Digital! This role will enable you to be at the heart of keeping Greater Manchester safe.

This is a Designated Post as defined within the College of Policing Vetting Authorised Professional Practice and attracts a higher level of vetting, at a minimum of Management Vetting (MV) or Non Police Personnel Vetting Level 3.
