We help business owners navigate the dynamic landscape of mergers and acquisitions, while also mastering the complexities of compliance. As our business continues to grow, we are excited to expand our team and are seeking an Apprentice - this can be in Compliance or Business Administration. The Role Supporting a variety of tasks, each falling under the compliance umbrella. The role will enhance your development as a Business Administrator or Compliance Specialist where you will develop your expertise in the laws of lettings and estate agency, anti-money laundering, data protection and M&A project management. A varied role, involving: Research and data gathering Projects Liaison with the internal team and external consultants, clients and other stakeholders Management of the day-to-day CRM Organising and attending company events As you develop your expertise, you’ll play a key role as the business expands. The Benefits Starting Salary is competitive - depends upon qualifications and experience Hours: Flexibility on Full-time, part-time or ‘term time only’ Holidays: 35 days including bank holidays Fully funded additional professional qualifications in AML, GDPR, & Project management Company pension scheme Who You Are You have completed your A levels and have decided that your career path will be in the working environment rather than at university.
