US Bank are excited to announce we are looking for an Apprentice Data Analyst to join our European HR team. As an Apprentice: You will divide your time between studying for a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship. This role is your opportunity to develop key analytical skills, understand our data infrastructure, and support our team in making data-driven decisions. You will actively support the wider HR team transforming, interpreting, and presenting data and you will make a meaningful contribution to our business from day one. Who we’re looking for: The ideal apprentice will have the eagerness to learn data, the ability to learn how to translate information into actionable insights, and a willingness to work collaboratively across multiple HR teams and key stakeholders. Qualifications: 7 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 or A-C, including English and Mathematics. 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades A*-C in any subject but preferably one in a numerical or computing subject. You will also need to evidence that you have an aptitude with numbers and a proven interest in a career as a Data Analyst. Salary:

London Old Broad Street. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and meet the eligibility criteria set out on the apprenticeship funding rules.
