As an Apprentice:
You will divide your time between studying for a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship.
This role is your opportunity to develop key analytical skills, understand our data infrastructure, and support our team in making data-driven decisions.
You will actively support the wider HR team transforming, interpreting, and presenting data and you will make a meaningful contribution to our business from day one.

Who we’re looking for:
The ideal apprentice will have the eagerness to learn data, the ability to learn how to translate information into actionable insights, and a willingness to work collaboratively across multiple HR teams and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
7 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 or A-C, including English and Mathematics.
3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades A*-C in any subject but preferably one in a numerical or computing subject.
You will also need to evidence that you have an aptitude with numbers and a proven interest in a career as a Data Analyst.

London Old Broad Street. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
