Contribute to the room planning. Understand the requirements of the EYFS, health and safety, and Ofsted. Liaise professionally and courteously with parents, children, and colleagues. Prepare daily activities for all children. Interact effectively with all children. Assist in setting up the room in the morning and throughout the day. Encourage and support children to develop their language, motor, and social skills. Supervise indoor and outdoor play activities. Supervise snack and meal times, including cleaning. Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard:
Level 3 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required). End-Point Assessment (EPA). Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR). Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS). An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 18:00. Shifts to be confirmed.
