Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA) Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying Working hours are Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 18:00.
