What the role involves

• Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with.
• Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.

Skills and requirements

• As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands-on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3).
• As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

Confirmed role details

• Performance bonus – Up to £750 annually.
