THE ROLE


​As an Apprentice Engine Administrator, you will be working on a range of our exciting projects and products for some of the most prestigious competition cars in the motorsport industry


Your duties will involve assisting our Engine Procurement team in looking after the components for our busy Engine Shop Department. Working alongside our Engine Engineers, Engine Builders, and Technical Partners to plan, forecast and schedule the procurement and movement of parts, the Apprentice Engine Administrator will ensure accurate, on-time delivery and a smooth running of operations for a seamless flow to a variety of engine projects.​


​​​The role responsibilities include:



  • Providing daily administrative support the department.




  • Computerised recording of stock movements in and out of the department.




  • Working closely with Engine Builders to deliver bespoke engine parts.




  • Feedback any required changes to Engine Technical Buyer and Suppliers.




  • Creating orders for purchasing.




  • Regularly check the status of parts, and reorder when required.




  • Maintaining and creating databases.




  • Dealing with emails, both internal and external in a timely manner.




WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR


​We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.


​The candidate should have a minimum of 3 GCSEs, with grades A-C or 9-4, including Maths and English


​You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, have good communication skills, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.


​You should have the ability to communicate effectively to all team members.


​You should be confident using Microsoft Office as well as discovering and implementing new computer-based platforms.
