We are seeking a motivated and dedicated apprentice to join our dynamic team. During the first two years, as you work towards obtaining your apprenticeship qualifications, we will assess the areas in which you may excel. You will learn all about our equipment with training provided onsite and at our HQ in Italy. A second language in French or Italian would be useful, but not essential. We are looking for an individual who can grasp the technical aspects and processes of our equipment, providing a strong foundation for success in any area of our business, whether in sales or on the service side. During your training, you will be expected to assist other engineers on-site across the UK. Therefore, you must be prepared to undertake regional assignments as required. Key Details

Training to be Provided

Formal training is delivered at HWGTA located in Worcester (WR4 9GN): Duration approximately 40-45 months. Years 1/2 is a combination of off-the-job training at HWGTA Training Centre as well as training on-site with your employer. This includes 26-42 weeks within the training centre plus 1 day per week in a classroom setting to cover practical and theory aspects and complete EAL Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering - Development Knowledge. Years 3/4 based full time in company developing skills in preparation for the end-point assessment to gain your Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Level 3 qualification. Additional training for functional skills in English and Maths will be undertaken if needed. There is also a five-day teambuilding residential trip that is held in the spring of each year and offered to all apprentices on the programme. Learning Provider
