What You'll Be Doing: In the Short Term: Immerse yourself in our client's diverse product range and business processes. Develop your knowledge of internal systems and procedures. Craft your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plan with ambitious goals. Attend college online weekly to enhance your skills and qualifications. In the Longer Term: Evolve into a vital member of the SHE team. Take the lead as a SHE Officer on site. Design and deliver impactful health and safety training programs. Mentor colleagues in behavioural safety practices. What You Need: Education: Minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications (Grades A-C), including Maths, English, and Science (essential for the MA Occupational Health and Safety Level 3/4 course). Drive: A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and growth. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively. Mobility: A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential. What You Will Gain: Salary: paying up to £11.44 per hour (depending on experience). Holidays: 30 days. Pension.
