Create an ambitious CPD (Continuing Professional Development) plan. Attend weekly online college sessions to boost your skills and qualifications. Long-Term Objectives: Become a key member of the SHE team. Lead as a SHE Officer on-site. Design and deliver impactful health and safety training programs. Mentor colleagues on behavioural safety practices. What You’ll Bring: Education: 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths, English, and Science (essential for the MA Occupational Health and Safety Level 3/4 course). Drive: A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
