Dispensing of medication to patients Over-the-counter sales of non-prescription medication Checking and monitoring prescription slips Health & Safety Responsibility Stock Rotation Use of pharmacy software Data Entry related to medication Labelling and Dispensing Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Working within a team environment Qualifications Included: Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship Standard qualification Functional Skills in English and Maths if required Medicine Counter Assistant Course accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Dispensing Assistant Course accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) End-Point Assessment (EPA) In-house training Working Hours:
Monday to Friday between 9.00am-9.00pm. Saturday & Sunday will be required on a rota, with days off during the week provided if working weekends.
