10/02/2025 We are looking for Project Engineer Apprentices who will be supporting and assisting the Project Engineers in the delivery of a portfolio of small/medium-sized capital projects. Base Location:

Newbury STW, RG14 2AD. Working Hours:

University College of Estate Management. Qualification You Will Obtain:

Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Standard, Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) Construction & Built Environment. Entry Requirements:

A minimum of two GCSEs at grade 4 or above (A*-C), in Maths and English OR functional skills level 2 in Maths and English and 64 UCAS points. Other Immediate Demands:

What You’ll Be Doing as an Apprentice Project Engineer - Level 4: Managing and delivering a portfolio of mechanical, electrical, civil, control and instrumentation projects with a value of up to £5 million per annum. Working closely with Thames Water operations and our contractor supply chain to scope, specify and cost quality solutions. Complying with Health and Safety requirements. Collaborating with delivery partners/contractors to ensure timely delivery of schemes. Drafting, vetting and approving RAMS, project plans, and commissioning plans. Overseeing the commissioning and handover of the project to the operational client. Ensuring appropriate training has been completed and that completion documents are available.
