For the successful Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, we are offering: £13,056.00 to £15,279.60 per annum DOE (With an Uncapped Commission Structure). Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm). Every 2nd Friday off in addition to 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us! The Role - Apprentice Recruitment Consultant: Providing a consultative approach to support our clients. Building lasting relations with customers and networking through the businesses. Sourcing and screening candidates for a range of positions. Spending a lot of time on the phone screening a minimum of 15 candidates daily and matching them to their ideal jobs. Recording accurate data within the system and creating CVs. What we are looking for in an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant: English and Maths (grade 4/C or above) - ESSENTIAL. A highly motivated individual - ESSENTIAL. Valid driving license - ESSENTIAL. Ability to multitask and problem-solve. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data. Key skills or similar job titles: Recruitment, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Assistant, Recruitment Administrator.
