As our Apprenticeship Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support, including record-keeping, data management, and ensuring compliance with college processes. You’ll be based in the MIS & Systems Department, working in a fast-paced office environment and delivering a range of services to ensure responsive, high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include supporting student enrolment, conducting compliance checks, managing examination registrations, maintaining student data, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. You’ll use various IT systems to manage and maintain accurate records, assist with financial administration, and contribute to quality monitoring, all of which support the success of apprenticeship programmes. You’ll also support the preparation and submission of ILR (Individual Learner Record) data, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll accurately input and maintain student and enrolment details in the student records system, tracking outcomes and achievements. Collaboration with curriculum teams will be essential to ensure a clear understanding of college processes, while ensuring accurate learner attendance and eligibility records. You’ll also assist with data quality checks, helping maintain the integrity of learner records. Additionally, you’ll help manage examination registrations and results, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Overall, you’ll provide general administrative support to ensure a smooth and responsive service to apprentices, staff, and stakeholders.
