We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a passionate mentor to support Royal Artillery soldiers through their Apprenticeship, providing the opportunity to work with military and civilian personnel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Reviewing learner work and providing constructive feedback. Supporting learners through their apprenticeship journey. Offering guidance and inspiration to help them thrive. We take great pride in fostering a supportive and empowering environment, and you'll work closely with your Line Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly. Together, we'll identify potential challenges, address any concerns, and create a positive, nurturing space for our learners to flourish.
