3-Tier Shift Pattern
(early, mid, late) Salary:
£38,000 - £43,000 per annum (including shift allowance) + Quarterly and Annual Bonuses Working Hours:
Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Install, program, and troubleshoot electrical drive systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley Modify PLC electrical programs and resolve faults effectively Ensure plant operations meet top-notch quality and customer service targets Maintain high compliance with health and safety regulations Provide fast and efficient engineering services, addressing quality and safety issues immediately Record and report maintenance activities using management systems What We're Looking For: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant electrical trade, or completion of a recognised apprenticeship Strong industrial background, qualified to 18th Edition IEE standards with BTEC ONC / HNC level or equivalent Proven experience in electrical maintenance, especially in commercial or heavy engineering environments Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to continuous development Benefits: Salary:
