Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor - Permanent Location: Broxbourne Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus Hours: Full-Time Job Category: Staff/Professional/Training/Apprenticeships An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client CK Assessment & Training. We are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor to advise learners, apprentices, and employers regarding training opportunities and funding availability, thereby ensuring recruitment of sufficient learners to fully deliver contractual requirements. CK Assessment and Training is an established and well-regarded ACS gas centre, providing a full range of professional grade domestic and commercial gas training and assessments for new and experienced engineers. They are also an approved City and Guilds plumbing centre, offering a wide range of plumbing and heating programmes for those new to the industry through to those developing their skills or progressing in the workplace. Key Responsibilities Identify employers who may benefit from Apprenticeships and engage with them to secure opportunities for new Apprenticeships or learner placements. Proactively promote recruitment, training, and development programmes through identifying, engaging, and securing new business via outbound sales calls, presentations, and face-to-face meetings. Interview and advise potential Apprentices, study programme, and other learners for Government funded training programmes. Maintain accurate records of all interviews conducted, including initial assessments. Complete ‘sign up’ paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Develop and grow new business pipeline to meet monthly targets and maintain individual sales records and reports ensuring personal performance is in line with agreed KPI’s. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with employers to devise effective training plans that provide business skills solutions. Undertake H&S assessments of employer premises prior to the commencement of training activity. Advise employers on funding available to support the skills development of existing and new staff to secure new and repeat apprenticeship opportunities. Visit existing or potential new customers in the workplace or other locations as required ( Full Valid Driver License with access to Car/Van is essential ). The successful candidate will have a good understanding of apprenticeships and have the ability to work well with students and employers. They should work collaboratively with colleagues while using their own initiative and demonstrate a solution-focused attitude and approach to work.
