Extensive knowledge & experience of Business Administration, Leadership & Management Experience of delivering work-based learning in Business Administration, Leadership & Management Experience working with remote teams using TEAMS/ZOOM Knowledge of End Point Assessment activities and methodologies Knowledge of relevant IFATE Standards Able to teach Functional Skills Maths and English Level 1 or 2 as required Capable & qualified to work across Level 2 -5 in Leadership & Management. Hold a recognised teacher/training qualification (AET, PTLLS or equivalent) or willing to work towards. Hold an assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32, D33 or equivalent) or willing to work towards. A strong commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and evidence of own ongoing CPD. GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or functional skills equivalent). Competent in the use of ICT to include Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams. Current clean, full, UK driving license and own vehicle appropriate for business use. Ability to drive a minibus is desirable although not essential. Experience working with remote teams using TEAMS/ZOOM with experience of virtual learning and e-portfolios. Knowledge of End Point Assessment activities and methodologies. Knowledge of relevant IFATE Standards. To hold a Level 3 Safeguarding qualification or be prepared to work towards achieving this. Knowledge of the OFSTED Education Inspection Framework.
